Moving over
What switching looks like
- Keep every member and every credit. Import clients, active memberships at their price and next bill date, packs with credits left and their expiry, and attendance history. CSV or Excel, split files too.
- See it before it's live. A preview shows the counts first: clients, autopays, packs and credits, duplicate emails and products you still need to match. Nothing changes until you apply it.
- No one is billed twice. Memberships come in paused until your cutover date. Cancel the old autopays that day and Bookify takes over the next bill.
- Match old products to new ones. "10 Class Pack (Reformer)" becomes your 10 pack in one screen. Names don't have to match.
