Payments run on Stripe, into your own account. Clients save a card once. Renewals, late-cancel fees and no-show fees are charged to it, and a failed payment is retried and shown as owed with a pay link.
Can I move from Mindbody without losing pack balances?
Yes. Import your Mindbody clients, remaining class credits, active memberships and attendance. You see a preview of every number first, and memberships come in paused until the day you switch, so no one is billed twice.
Is there a contract?
