How can I keep a history of care for each plant?

Choose a plant and add a dated care entry with notes and an optional watering amount. The journal shows the latest watering, fertilising and repotting dates. Filter by type or date, edit incorrect entries and export matching records as a CSV. Corrected watering dates also recalculate linked watering checks.

Your plant records and photos save in this browser. Download a backup before changing devices or clearing site data. Care sheets and QR labels share only the details you select.

Is this tool free, and are my files uploaded?

This tool is free with no account required. The work happens in your browser. Your input and files are not sent to a processing server.

What are the limits and details?

Up to 10,000 care entries across the collection. Conditions and treatments are your own observations; the journal does not diagnose problems. A scanned QR label opens a read-only saved snapshot, which does not update automatically. Collection records stay in this browser. Save a backup before changing devices or clearing site data.
