How to play Keen
Place 1 to N exactly once in every row and column. Each outlined cage must produce its target using the shown arithmetic operation. Play with the original Nickelbar rules and board drawings. Help below the game lists its keyboard and mouse shortcuts. Your current game stays in this browser tab.
- Select a square and enter a digit, or click again to count up.
- Use M for pencil marks and 0 or Backspace to clear.
- Complete all rows, columns and cages. S selects another size.
Keyboard & mouse controls
LEFT selects a cell (again: dial it up), RIGHT clears, the wheel dials the digit

- Play the selected move, or resume
- N / P
- New game / pause
- H / Tab

- Undo (where available)
