How can I compare two job offers beyond salary?

Record annual base pay, guaranteed annual bonus, benefits, commute and paid time off for each offer. Set shared criteria and weights, then rate each offer from zero to five. A normalized priority score appears only when every positively weighted criterion has a rating. Compare currencies separately and keep equity or variable compensation as notes.

What are the limits and details?

Up to 30 offers and 12 criteria. No currency conversion, tax calculation or automatic employer recommendation is provided. Unknown cash components leave the combined cash total unknown. Browser limits: 1,000 applications, 10,000 stages, 2,000 questions, 1,000 contacts and 5,000 tasks/conversations each. Backups are limited to 20 MB. Save a backup before clearing browser data.
