Results are estimates for planning and education. Confirm rates, taxes, fees, and legal requirements with the relevant institution or a qualified professional before making a financial decision.
Formula and method
A rise from 100 to 110 is a 10% weekly increase. Rising from 100 to 121 over two weekly intervals gives a compounded average of 10% per week.
Weekly change = final ÷ initial − 1; compound weekly rate = (final ÷ initial)^(1 ÷ weekly intervals) − 1

Assumptions and limitations
- Count elapsed intervals. Three consecutive weekly observations span two weekly intervals. Compound growth describes a constant equivalent rate between endpoints; it is not the arithmetic average of the individual weekly changes.
- Use consistent periods, rates and accounting definitions. These calculations describe the entered assumptions.
