Formula and method
The qualifying historical SSN scenario shown, with California income of 10,000, a prior stimulus payment and a dependent, gives 500. This program has ended.
For qualifying SSN filers, modeled amounts are $600 without prior GSS I, plus $500 for dependents; prior recipients get the dependent-only $500. The modeled ITIN-dependent branch is $1,000.

Assumptions and limitations
- This is a historical 2021 illustration. Golden State Stimulus I and II are complete and no additional payments are being issued. It is not a benefit application or current eligibility determination.
- Assume a qualifying 2020 return and all residence, filing, identity and dependent requirements represented by the selections. The income test alone is insufficient to establish legal eligibility.
- Captured payment-window notes are historical mail/deposit windows. They do not predict a current payment, and the captured ZIP window list stops at ending 998.
- Clear an editable unknown before solving an inverse. Selection controls and forced outputs cannot be inferred.

The calculation follows this reviewed mathematical model: For qualifying SSN filers, modeled amounts are $600 without prior GSS I, plus $500 for dependents; prior recipients get the dependent-only $500. The modeled ITIN-dependent branch is $1,000. Replace the invalid millisecond-string calendar default with a constant July 20, 2021 date equation. The unused hidden ZIP modulus is replaced; explicit whole-ZIP validation preserves its public input requirement. Required model inputs: California income must be nonnegative. Enter a five-digit whole ZIP code for the historical schedule.
