Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply. Payment processing and text message fees are separate. No Bookify percentage fee on camp registrations. Setup and customer support are included.
Plan your total cost
Your Bookify subscription is billed in USD. Your camp registration prices use your business currency, so a Canadian camp can charge families in CAD. These are separate amounts; the subscription price is not a currency conversion quote.
- Camp platform
- Essentials: $250 USD per month. Growth: $500 USD per month. Includes setup, support and unlimited staff.
- Payment processing
- Separate from your plan. Rates depend on your payment provider and arrangement. Confirm these rates before opening paid registration.
- Text messages
- Usage fees are separate. Ask us for your SMS rates and any included allowance before enabling text messages.
- Taxes and conversion
- Applicable taxes are additional. If you pay the USD subscription from a different currency, your card issuer or bank may apply conversion charges.

Good to know
How do you count campers?
Each person who registers counts once per plan year, even if they book several weeks. Parents who only manage bookings and your staff do not count. Your plan year starts when your paid plan begins.
What can I do in the trial?
Everything: build your camp page, set dates and prices, add forms, open registration and take real registrations. Choose a paid plan before the trial ends to keep registration open.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your saved work stays here. Choose a plan to keep working and open registration. You can still sign in, read your records and manage billing.
What changes with Growth?
Growth raises your yearly camper limit from 500 to 1,500. Both plans include the core camp tools, unlimited staff, free setup and customer support.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel in your billing page before your next renewal. Your paid access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Yearly plans are paid for a full year at a time.
Is setup included?
Yes. Full setup and customer support are included at no extra cost. Our team will help you get everything ready and support you as you get started.
