Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply. Payment processing and text message fees are separate. No Bookify percentage fee on camp registrations. Setup and customer support are included.

Good to know
How do you count campers?
Each person who registers counts once per plan year, even if they book several weeks. Parents who only manage bookings and your staff do not count. Your plan year starts when your paid plan begins.
What can I do in the trial?
Build your camp page, set dates and prices, add forms and try the setup tools. Your camp stays private until you choose a paid plan and open registration.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your saved work stays here. Choose a plan to keep working and open registration. You can still sign in, read your records and manage billing.
What changes with Growth?
Growth raises your yearly camper limit from 500 to 1,500. Both plans include the core camp tools, unlimited staff, free setup and customer support.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel in your billing page before your next renewal. Your paid access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Yearly plans are paid for a full year at a time.
Is setup included?
Yes. Full setup and customer support are included at no extra cost. Our team will help you get everything ready and support you as you get started.
