Formula and method
Multiply average episode duration by episodes per season and the number of seasons. Two seasons of twelve one-hour episodes total 24 hours, or one full day of continuous viewing.
Total viewing time = average episode duration × episodes per season × seasons

Assumptions and limitations
- Use averages that represent the episodes you plan to watch, or calculate unequal groups separately and add them. Breaks, advertisements and playback-speed changes are not included unless reflected in the duration.
- Use the units shown beside each field. This model assumes the stated relationship and does not account for quantities left out of the formula.
