How can I plan meal-prep portions for several days?

Choose a recipe with known base servings, enter the prep date and total portions, then allocate portions to dated meals. The planner prevents over-allocation and dates before preparation. Its saved recipe snapshot provides scaled ingredient totals. Groceries count the whole batch on its prep date; allocations are planning records and do not determine safe storage times.
