Household Cash-Flow Calendar
See recorded transactions and expected bills together by date. Project one account’s running balance, link posted payments and identify days with a negative balance.
How can I see whether my account may run short before the next payday?
Choose an account and a date range, then add expected income and bill schedules. The calendar starts from your recorded balance before the range and adds recorded and projected entries in date order. Link an actual payment to its scheduled occurrence to replace that projection. The result depends on the dates and amounts you enter.

Is this tool free, and are my files uploaded?
This tool is free with no account required. The work happens in your browser. Your input and files are not sent to a processing server.
What are the limits and details?
One browser-local ledger with 50 accounts, 200 categories, 50,000 transactions and a 20 MB backup. Currency and 0, 2 or 3 decimal places are fixed once accounts exist. CSV imports allow 5,000 rows or 5 MB. Budget history spans 360 months; forecasts span 366 days. Recurring suggestions are estimates from three observations. Reports include up to 500 selected entries and receipt references, not attachments. No bank access, payments, tax advice, currency conversion or automatic service changes.
Records stay in this browser. Keep backups before clearing site data. Use one currency per ledger; scheduled amounts are projections from your entries.
