Home Insurance Inventory Pack
Prepare a selected household inventory with purchase values, serial numbers, photos and receipts. Review the included fields and files before saving a room-grouped evidence pack.
How can I prepare a home inventory for insurance records?
Record household possessions with their rooms, quantities and purchase details, then attach photos or receipts. Select the items for the report and explicitly choose whether to include serials, purchase fields, photos, other documents and private notes. The ZIP includes a printable room-grouped report, CSV and the chosen attachments. Recorded costs are not replacement estimates or proof of coverage.

Is this tool free, and are my files uploaded?
This tool is free with no account required. The work happens in your browser. Your input and files are not sent to a processing server.
What are the limits and details?
One browser-local inventory with 1,000 possessions, 200 nested locations and 500 attachments. Each attachment is JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF up to 5 MB; total stored files are limited to 50 MB and JSON backups to 75 MB. Images are redrawn as JPEG at up to 2,000 pixels with metadata removed. Selected exports allow 200 items. Currency and 0, 2 or 3 decimal precision stay fixed once items exist. Dates and values are your entered records; no account sync, automatic notifications, retailer-policy lookup, valuation or insurance submission.
Keep original documents and full backups. Reports contain only selected fields and files. Calendar exports need importing and do not update automatically; your calendar app controls reminders.
