Diagram Format Workspace
Open and edit Draw.io XML files or editable SVG and PNG diagrams. Keep a project copy or export an image to share.
How can I open a diagram and save it in another format?
Open a .drawio or XML document, an editable SVG with embedded Draw.io XML, or a PNG with supported mxfile text metadata. Compressed Draw.io pages are expanded with size limits. Edit the diagram, then save all pages as Draw.io/XML or export the selected page as SVG or PNG. Editable SVG exports retain the complete project. Ordinary image files do not contain editable shapes.
A place for the whole diagram.
Connected shapes. Clear labels. Every page, kept together.
Loading the diagram editor…
Image exports show the current page. Editable project files and editable images retain every page. Save before leaving; changes are held in this tab. Use vector shapes and text. External images, cloud saves, plugins and live collaboration are unavailable.
