How can I track a collection’s condition and value over time?
Add each item or lot with its collection, acquisition cost and optional custom fields. Save dated condition notes, value estimates and photos. The diary shows the latest recorded condition and latest known estimate separately, so a note without a value does not erase an earlier estimate. Filter the collection, compare estimates with recorded cost in the same currency and download a selected item report.

This tool is free with no account required. The work happens in your browser. Your input and files are not sent to a processing server.
What are the limits and details?
Up to 1,000 items, 10,000 dated entries and 200 photos within a 35 MB backup; stored images are limited to 20 MB. One condition/value entry per item per day. Estimates and descriptions are entered by you, without appraisals or currency conversion. Photos are resized to 1,600 pixels and redrawn without original metadata. Records save in this browser.
