Cleaning Workload Balancer
Compare completed household work and review a proposed split of upcoming chores. Keep recorded minutes, estimates and unknown effort separate, with availability and eligibility respected.
How can we compare and balance the cleaning workload?
Choose a history period to compare completed tasks and recorded effort by person. Select upcoming chores with estimates and build a proposal using each person’s availability and eligibility. The proposal balances the next occurrences, including overdue work, without changing assignments until you review and apply it. Completed history remains visible as context for your discussion.

Is this tool free, and are my files uploaded?
This tool is free with no account required. The work happens in your browser. Your input and files are not sent to a processing server.
What are the limits and details?
One browser-local household with up to 30 people, 500 chores and 20,000 history entries in a 15 MB backup. History comparisons span at most 366 days; CSV exports allow 5,000 rows and rota/proposal selections allow 200 chores. Proposals use each chore’s current next occurrence and estimated effort, not a complete future recurrence calendar. No accounts, cross-device sync, messages or automatic reminders.
Records save in this browser. Keep a backup before clearing site data. Saved reports do not update automatically; proposals need review and do not measure fairness.
