Can parents register more than one child at a time?+
Yes, that's the point. A parent creates one family account, adds each camper once, and checks out siblings across different camps and weeks in a single payment. Sibling discounts apply automatically.
How do deposits and balances work?+
You choose a deposit per program, either a flat amount or a percentage. Families pay the deposit at registration, and Bookify collects the remaining balance automatically before camp starts, with reminders for any card that fails.
What about health forms and waivers?+
Every camper gets a profile with date of birth, allergies, medications, emergency contacts, and authorized pickup people. Forms are collected once per camper and flow straight into rosters.
What happens when a week sells out?+
The session shows as fully booked and families join the waitlist in one click. When a spot opens, the next family automatically receives a time-limited offer to claim it.
We run more than one location. Is that a problem?+
Not at all. Locations are first-class in Bookify. Each campus gets its own enrollment page, schedule, and staff, while you see the whole season in one admin.
