SERVICES
These terms apply when a client books or buys wellness appointments from North Star Wellness. Service details, prices, timing, and any special requirements are shown before confirmation.

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
The client agrees to provide accurate booking details and pay the price and taxes shown. A booking is confirmed only after the stated confirmation step is complete.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Please give at least 24 hours of notice to change or cancel. Later cancellations may be charged 50% of the booked price. A no-show may be treated as a late cancellation. We will explain any exception or refund that applies.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Please arrive on time, follow reasonable safety instructions, and tell us about information that affects safe delivery of the service. We may stop or refuse a service when safety, harassment, unlawful conduct, or missing requirements make it necessary.

LIABILITY AND LOCAL RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived. To the extent permitted in Ontario, Canada, each party remains responsible for its own acts and legal duties.

CONTACT AND CHANGES
Ask questions before booking. If these terms change, the version accepted for a booking will remain available with the booking record.
