Small Multiples Explorer
Compare groups of data in matching charts. Use histograms, box plots or violin plots with the same number scale.
What are small multiples useful for?
Small multiples show the same kind of chart for each category, making distribution differences easier to compare. Select a category and a numeric measurement, choose histogram, box or violin plots, and use shared scales for a consistent visual comparison.

What are the limits and details?
Missing or nonnumeric measurements are excluded and counted. Histograms choose bins automatically; box plots use Plotly quartiles and violin plots estimate a density. Small groups can give unstable distribution shapes.
